Join Zetrix as a Senior UI/UX Designer and help shape digital products from early concepts to polished experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand real user needs, simplify complex workflows, and create intuitive interfaces for mobile and web products.

You'll take ownership of the design process, from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and final UI.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for mobile and web products.

• Translate product requirements and complex workflows into clear user flows, wireframes, and interfaces.

• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.

• Conduct user research and use insights to improve product decisions.

• Work closely with product managers and developers throughout the product development process.

• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable components.

• Ensure consistency across screens, platforms, and products.

• Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to maintain design quality.

• Identify usability problems and continuously improve existing product experiences.

• Contribute to product strategy and help turn business requirements into user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web product design.

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.

• Strong understanding of iOS and Android design patterns.

• Experience building and working with design systems.

• Ability to explain and defend design decisions based on user needs and product goals.

• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience designing SaaS, AI, fintech, health, fitness, or productivity products.

• Experience working in startup or fast-moving product environments.

• Understanding of frontend development principles and technical design constraints.

• Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.

• Experience with animations and micro-interactions.

• Familiarity with tools such as Framer, ProtoPie, or similar prototyping tools.

• Experience contributing to product discovery and product strategy.
